Section 115Q — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Making of claims

(1) A claim for a prisoner of war recognition supplement must be made in accordance with procedures determined by the Commission under subsection (2). Note: A prisoner of war recognition supplement will be made automatically to those eligible persons the Department is aware of. (2) The Commission may, in writing, determine the procedures for making claims. (3) A determination made under subsection (2) is not a legislative instrument.
