Section 115R — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Determination of claims

(1) Claims are to be determined by the Commission. (2) If the Commission determines that a prisoner of war recognition supplement is payable to a person, the determination takes effect on the day on which the determination is made or on such earlier day as is specified in the determination. (3) A person who is dissatisfied with the Commission’s decision on a claim may apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the decision.
