Section 116A — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Determination of class of persons for the purposes of paragraph (e) of the definition of eligible child in subsection 116(1)

(1) The Commission may, by legislative instrument, determine a class of persons for the purposes of paragraph (e) of the definition of eligible child of a veteran in subsection 116(1). However, the persons must be the children of veterans who render service before the MRCA commencement date. Variation or revocation (2) The Commission may, by legislative instrument, vary or revoke a determination under subsection (1).
