Section 118ZS — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Review of certain decisions
Text of the provision Official document
(1) A claimant who is dissatisfied with a decision of the Commission in relation to a claim for a seniors health card may request the Commission to review the decision. (2) A person who is dissatisfied with a decision of the Commission that the person ceases to be entitled to a seniors health card may request the Commission to review the decision.
