Section 123E — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Non-distributable amounts

Where the Commission determines in writing that it is not possible to pay the whole or part of the distributable amount in accordance with sections 123B and 123C, that amount or that part of that amount ceases to be payable to the deceased. Note: Sections 123 to 123E do not apply if Subdivision C of Division 12A of Part IIIB applies.
