Section 174 — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Interpretation

(1) In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears, reviewable decision means a decision in respect of which application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal under section 175. Note: See subsection 134(2) for decisions of the Board that are reviewable by the Administrative Review Tribunal. (2) In this Part: veteran includes: (a) a Commonwealth veteran; and (b) an allied veteran; and (c) an Australian mariner; and (d) an allied mariner; and (e) a member of the Forces, or a member of a Peacekeeping Force, as defined by subsection 68(1).
