Section 196N — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Tenure of office

(1) Subject to this Act, a person appointed as Chairperson or as a member holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. (2) A person may not hold office for a period of more than 5 years but is eligible for reappointment.
