Section 196X — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Notification of decision of Review Council to be notified in Gazette

(1) A decision of the Review Council under section 196W must be notified in the Gazette. (2) The Review Council must also give a copy of the decision to: (a) the person or organisation that asked for the review; and (b) the Commission, or the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission, (if it is not the person referred to in (a)); and (c) the Repatriation Medical Authority.
