Section 196ZI — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Termination of appointment

The Minister may terminate the appointment of a person as councillor: (a) for misbehaviour or for physical or mental incapacity; or (b) if he or she becomes bankrupt, applies to take the benefit of a law for the relief of bankruptcy or insolvent debtors, compounds with his or her creditors or assigns remuneration or property for their benefit.
