Section 45SA — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Simplified outline

The Commission may make a legislative instrument providing for a payment to a person who has made a claim for certain mental injuries or mental diseases. The payment is made before the claim is determined. Payments may also be made under the instrument to the partner of such a person.
