Section 52ZR — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: When a company is sufficiently influenced by an entity

For the purposes of this Division, a company is sufficiently influenced by an entity or entities if the company, or its directors: (a) are accustomed or under an obligation (whether formal or informal); or (b) might reasonably be expected; to act in accordance with the directions, instructions or wishes of the entity or entities.
