Section 52ZY — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Extra-territorial operation

(1) This Division extends to acts, omissions, matters and things outside Australia. (2) Disregard subsection (1) in determining whether a provision of this Act (other than this Division) extends to acts, omissions, matters and things outside Australia.
