Section 52ZZZI — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Value of entity’s assets

For the purposes of this Subdivision, the value of an entity’s assets is to be worked out as if: (a) each reference in sections 5L and 5LA to a person included a reference to an entity; and (b) Subdivision A of Division 11 (other than section 52D) had not been enacted.
