Section 5PB — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Seniors health card definitions

(1) In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears: holder of a seniors health card has the meaning given by subsection (2). (2) A person is the holder of a seniors health card while there is in force a determination under section 118ZG or 118ZP that the person is entitled to a seniors health card.
