Section 67ZC — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Additional economic support payment 2020

Eligibility (1) A person is eligible for an additional economic support payment 2020 if: (a) Division 3 applies to the person on 27 November 2020; and (b) the person does not receive a social security benefit in respect of 27 November 2020; and (c) the person does not receive a social security pension in respect of 27 November 2020; and (d) the person does not receive a payment under a prescribed educational scheme (within the meaning of the Social Security Act 1991) in respect of 27 November 2020; and (e) the person is residing in Australia on 27 November 2020. Amount of payment (2) The amount of a person’s additional economic support payment 2020 under this Division is $250.
