Section 79E — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Making an application

Text of the provision Official document

(1) To be a proper application, the application must: (a) be made in writing; and (b) be in accordance with a form approved by the Commission; and (c) be lodged at an office of the Department in Australia in accordance with section 5T. (2) An application lodged in accordance with section 5T is taken to have been made on a day determined under that section.
