Section 79U — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Commission’s powers

If the Commission reviews a decision under this Division, the Commission must: (a) affirm the decision; or (b) set it aside and substitute a new decision for it. Note: For the Commission’s evidence-gathering powers see section 79X.
