Section 92 — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Counselling services and psychiatric assessment

(1) The Commission may, with the approval of the Minister, arrange for the provision of: (a) counselling services for: (i) veterans and dependants of veterans; and (ii) a person in a class in respect of which a determination under paragraph 88A(1)(c) has been made; and (iii) a person included in a class of persons specified in an instrument under subsection (2); and (b) psychiatric assessment of a person in a class in respect of which a determination under paragraph 88A(1)(b) or (c) has been made. (2) The Commission may, by legislative instrument, specify a class of persons for the purposes of subparagraph (1)(a)(iii).
