Section 93F — Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986: Offences against 2 or more provisions

(1) Where the act or omission of a person is an offence against a provision of this Act and is also an offence against another provision of this Act, the person may be prosecuted and convicted for either of those offences, but the person is not liable to be punished more than once in respect of the same act or omission. (2) A reference in subsection (1) to an offence against a provision of this Act includes a reference to an offence against: (a) section 6 of the Crimes Act 1914; or (b) section 11.1, 11.4 or 11.5 of the Criminal Code; that relates to an offence against a provision of this Act.
