Section 125 — Work Health and Safety Act 2011: WHS entry permit to be available for inspection

A WHS entry permit holder must, at all times that he or she is at a workplace under a right of entry under Division 2 or 3 of this Part, have his or her WHS entry permit and photographic identification available for inspection by any person on request. WHS civil penalty provision. Penalty: The WHS civil penalty provision tier 2.
