Section 126 — Work Health and Safety Act 2011: When right may be exercised

A WHS entry permit holder may exercise a right under Division 2 or 3 of this Part only during the usual working hours at the workplace. WHS civil penalty provision. Penalty: The WHS civil penalty provision tier 2.
