Section 146 — Work Health and Safety Act 2011: WHS entry permit holder must not delay, hinder or obstruct any person or disrupt work at workplace

A WHS entry permit holder exercising, or seeking to exercise, rights in accordance with this Part must not intentionally and unreasonably delay, hinder or obstruct any person or disrupt any work at a workplace, or otherwise act in an improper manner. WHS civil penalty provision. Penalty: The WHS civil penalty provision tier 2.
