Section 156 — Work Health and Safety Act 2011: Appointment of inspectors

The regulator may, by instrument, appoint any of the following as an inspector: (a) a member of the staff of the regulator; (b) a person who is appointed as an inspector under a corresponding WHS law of a State; (c) a person in a prescribed class of persons.
