Section 162 — Work Health and Safety Act 2011: Inspectors subject to regulator’s directions

(1) An inspector is subject to the regulator’s directions in the exercise of the inspector’s compliance powers. (2) A direction under subsection (1) may be of a general nature or may relate to a specified matter or specified class of matter.
