Section 244 — Work Health and Safety Act 2011: Definitions

In this Division: authorised person, for a body corporate, means an officer, employee or agent of the body corporate acting within the officer’s, employee’s or agent’s actual or apparent authority. board of directors, of a body corporate, means the body, whatever it is called, exercising the executive authority of the body corporate.
