Section 3J — Work Health and Safety Act 2011: Leave of absence

(1) The Minister may grant leave of absence to a Co-Chair on the terms and conditions that the Minister determines. (2) A Co-Chair may grant leave of absence to an Advisory Committee member (other than a Co-Chair) on the terms and conditions that the Co-Chair determines.
