101 Owner must comply with requirement for compliance schedule (1) An owner of a building for which a compliance schedule is required under section 100 must obtain the compliance schedule. (2) A person commits an offence if the person fails to comply with subsection (1) . (3) A person who commits an offence under this section is liable to a fine not exceeding $20,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $2,000 for every day or part of a day during which the offence has continued.
