Section 180 — Building Act 2004: Application for determination may be withdrawn

180 Application for determination may be withdrawn (1) An applicant for a determination may, at any time, withdraw the application by written notice to the chief executive. (2) If the chief executive receives the notice, the chief executive— (a) must notify the parties in relation to the application about the withdrawal of the application; and (b) may apportion costs under section 190 ; and (c) must do no more in relation to the application.
