Section 184 — Building Act 2004: Chief executive must decide whether to make determination

184 Chief executive must decide whether to make determination The chief executive must, within 10 working days after the date on which he or she receives an application for a determination,— (a) decide whether or not to make the determination; and (b) give written notice of his or her decision to the parties concerned.
