Section 195 — Building Act 2004: Chief executive must decide application for registration

195 Chief executive must decide application for registration The chief executive must, as soon as practicable after receiving an application for registration that complies with section 194 ,— (a) decide whether to register the applicant; and (b) give the applicant written notice of his or her decision; and (c) if the chief executive decides to refuse the application, state the reasons for the refusal in the notice given under paragraph (b) .
