Section 224 — Building Act 2004: Warrant must be produced

224 Warrant must be produced An authorised officer must, on entering private land and when requested at any subsequent time, produce to the occupier of the building a written warrant issued under section 174 of the Local Government Act 2002 . Compare: 1991 No 150 s 76(5)
