Section 23 — Building Act 2004: Effect of compliance documents

23 Effect of compliance documents A person may comply with a compliance document in order to comply with the provisions of the building code to which the document relates, but doing so is not the only means of complying with those provisions. Compare: 1991 No 150 s 49(2)
