24 Chief executive may amend or revoke compliance documents (1) The chief executive may, by notice in the Gazette , amend or revoke a compliance document at any time. (2) If subsection (1) applies, the amendment or revocation does not have retrospective effect. Compare: 1991 No 150 s 49(6)
