Section 253 — Building Act 2004: Application for accreditation

253 Application for accreditation An application for accreditation under section 250 must— (a) be made in writing; and (b) be given in the prescribed manner (if any); and (c) contain the prescribed information (if any). (d) [Repealed] Section 253(c): amended, on 15 March 2008, by section 44(1) of the Building Amendment Act 2008 (2008 No 4). Section 253(d): repealed, on 15 March 2008, by section 44(2) of the Building Amendment Act 2008 (2008 No 4).
