Section 257 — Building Act 2004: Requirements for dam owner accreditation body

257 Requirements for dam owner accreditation body The chief executive must, by notice in the Gazette , specify— (a) the minimum frequency of audits that the dam owner accreditation body must conduct on accredited dam owners; and (b) any other matters that the chief executive considers necessary or appropriate.
