Section 258 — Building Act 2004: Accreditation

258 Accreditation (1) The dam owner accreditation body may, on the application of an owner of a dam made in accordance with subsection (3) , and on payment by the person of the prescribed fee (if any), accredit that person under this subpart. (2) Before granting accreditation, the dam owner accreditation body must be satisfied that the applicant meets the prescribed criteria and standards. (3) An application for accreditation under subsection (1) must— (a) be made in writing; and (b) be given in the prescribed manner (if any); and (c) contain the prescribed information (if any). (d) [Repealed] Section 258(1): amended, on 15 March 2008, by section 46(1) of the Building Amendment Act 2008 (2008 No 4). Section 258(3)(c): amended, on 15 March 2008, by section 46(2) of the Building Amendment Act 2008 (2008 No 4).
