Section 265 — Building Act 2004: Application for accreditation

265 Application for accreditation An application for accreditation under section 263 must— (a) be made in writing; and (b) be given in the prescribed manner (if any); and (c) contain the prescribed information (if any). (d) [Repealed] Section 265(c): amended, on 15 March 2008, by section 49(1) of the Building Amendment Act 2008 (2008 No 4). Section 265(d): repealed, on 15 March 2008, by section 49(2) of the Building Amendment Act 2008 (2008 No 4).
