Section 269 — Building Act 2004: Issue of product certificate

269 Issue of product certificate (1) A product certification body must issue a product certificate if it is satisfied that a building method or product that is the subject of an application under section 268 meets the prescribed criteria and standards for certification. (2) A product certificate must state whether there are any matters that should be taken into account in the use or application of the building method or product, and if so, what those matters are.
