27 Offence to use building method or product in breach of ban under section 26 (1) A person must not use a building method or product if doing so breaches a ban under section 26 . (2) A person commits an offence if the person fails to comply with subsection (1) . (3) A person who commits an offence under this section is liable to a fine not exceeding $200,000.
