275 Content of register of building consent authorities The register of building consent authorities referred to in section 273(1)(a) must, in addition to the names of the building consent authorities, contain the following information: (a) details of any limits imposed by the chief executive, under section 203(2)(c) , on the functions that those authorities may perform: (b) any prescribed information: (c) in the case of building consent authorities that are not territorial authorities, the scope of accreditation of each of those authorities.
