Section 283 — Building Act 2004: Specified procedure for making decisions

283 Specified procedure for making decisions In the performance and exercise of their decision-making functions and powers under this Part, the Board and the Registrar must— (a) give written notice of, and reasons for, their decision to any person to whom the decision relates; and (b) comply with the principles of natural justice; and (c) comply with any applicable procedures under the rules; and (d) comply with the regulations.
