Section 298 — Building Act 2004: Register of licensed building practitioners

298 Register of licensed building practitioners (1) The Registrar must establish and maintain, in accordance with this Act and the regulations, a register of licensed building practitioners. (2) The Registrar must enter in the register— (a) the name of every licensed building practitioner; and (b) the information about that person that is specified in section 301 to the extent that the information is relevant to that person. (3) The Registrar must make any other entries in the register that may be required, permitted, or directed to be entered by or under this subpart or the regulations. Section 298(1): amended, on 15 March 2008, by section 70 of the Building Amendment Act 2008 (2008 No 4).
