Section 304 — Building Act 2004: Alterations to register

304 Alterations to register The Registrar may, at any time, make any amendments to the register that are necessary to— (a) reflect any changes in the name of a licensed building practitioner or the information specified in section 301 ; or (b) correct a mistake caused by any error or omission on the part of the Registrar or any person to whom the Registrar has delegated his or her functions, duties, or powers.
