Section 315 — Building Act 2004: Complaints about licensed building practitioners

315 Complaints about licensed building practitioners (1) Any person may complain to the Board about the conduct of a licensed building practitioner in accordance with the regulations. (2) A complaint or inquiry, and any decision on the complaint or inquiry, may relate to a person who is no longer a licensed building practitioner but who was a licensed building practitioner at the time of the relevant conduct.
