Section 32 — Building Act 2004: Owner may apply for project information memorandum

32 Owner may apply for project information memorandum An owner may apply to a territorial authority for a project information memorandum for building work if— (a) the owner is considering carrying out building work; and (b) a building consent is required for that work. Compare: 1991 No 150 s 30(1)
