Section 320 — Building Act 2004: Payment and application of charges, fines, and other money

320 Payment and application of charges, fines, and other money (1) All charges, fines, and other money payable by a person under this subpart— (a) are payable to the Registrar: (b) are recoverable as a debt due to the Registrar from that person, whether or not he or she remains a licensed building practitioner. (2) For the purposes of this section, fine does not include a fine imposed in respect of the commission of an offence against a provision of this Act.
