Section 321 — Building Act 2004: Board must act independently

321 Board must act independently (1) The Board must act independently in performing its functions under this subpart. (2) The Registrar must ensure that any staff that the Registrar provides by way of administrative support for the Board have not been involved in assisting the Registrar to perform the functions of the Registrar under this subpart.
