Section 333 — Building Act 2004: Notice of right of appeal

333 Notice of right of appeal When notifying a person under this Part of any decision or action against which section 330 gives him or her a right of appeal, the decision-maker must also notify the person in writing of the right of appeal and the time within which an appeal must be lodged.
