348 Form and content of annual report (1) An annual report must contain the following information and reports in respect of the period to which it relates: (a) a report on operations, including the information that is necessary to enable an informed assessment to be made of the Board's performance during the period; and (b) the number of persons in each licensing class against whom the Board took disciplinary action during the period. (2) An annual report must be in writing, dated, and signed on behalf of the Board by 2 members.
