350 Board to publish reports As soon as practicable after giving the annual report to the Minister under section 349 , the Board must— (a) publicly notify that the report has been given to the Minister and where copies of the report may be inspected and purchased; and (b) make copies of the report available to the public at the place set out in the public notification, on request, for inspection free of charge and for purchase at a reasonable cost.
